Update Hotfix 0.8.0.8

Hello captains,

Just a quick fix part II.

Added/Changed

- Tweaked mechanism for spawning the special mercenary. It will look at overall damage taken instead of just hull.

Fixes

- Fixed spaceship not behaving correctly after altering equipment in space station part II

- Fix for mercenary not getting removed properly when off to repair

- Fix for mercenary not spawning when purchasing a new one after the old one was removed

- Fix for accepting the quest 'Continue your galactic journey', it now properly creates the new conquest area again

- Fix for game getting stuck on new friends quest completion
