Update 0.8.0.13

Hello captains,

The first update with your callsigns is here! And a few fixes thrown in.

Added/Changed

- Added the option to change an officer's name

- First batch of Supporter names added

Fixes

- Cancel travel fix, ship could get stuck in a weird state currently.

- Fix for Locate button throwing error on experimental map when the POI is behind locked gates

- Fixed a station clipping issue

- Fix for higher level enemies only dropping max level loot

- Fix for NPC ships calling inventory full when using ECHO, causing the player ship to travel back to a spacestation
