Griffin: Attack power halved, attack speed doubled

Battle-Scar Medal: Swordsmen gain +10 => +20 max HP & current HP per kill

Town Center: Increases the generation speed of adjacent Economy and Culture buildings by 30% => 25%
Mechanic Improvements:
Equipment drops now prioritize slot types for which the player has no available equipment
Bug Fixes:
Attempted to fix an issue where dragging buildings could sometimes cause the game to become unresponsive
