During the recent Launch Celebration Special Livestream, a wide range of updates and announcements were revealed!🎥

Along with the announcement of the official service schedule, we would like to provide detailed information on the supported platforms and system requirements that many of our Star Guardians may be curious about.

Please refer to the details below for more information.

Q: Could you provide more details about the official launch schedule?

A: Early Play on PlayStation®5 and Steam is scheduled to begin on March 16 (Mon) at 17:00 (UTC). 

The Grand Launch is scheduled for March 23 (Mon), and the exact service start time will be announced through a separate notice at a later date.

Q: What are the recommended system requirements to play the game?

A: Please refer to the minimum and recommended specifications required to play .

- Storage: 30GB or more

✦ PC Minimum / Recommended Specifications

* The minimum specifications represent the lowest requirements needed to run the game. 

For optimal gameplay, we recommend using a device that meets or exceeds the recommended specifications.

- Recommended Specifications: iPhone 15 Pro (8GB)

- Supported Specifications: iPhone 12 Pro (6GB)

- Minimum Specifications: iPhone 12 (4GB)

- Recommended Specifications: Galaxy S23

- Supported/Minimum Specifications: Galaxy S20

For optimal gameplay, we recommend using a device that meets or exceeds the recommended specifications.

* When playing on mobile, please ensure that your device’s OS is updated to the latest version for optimal performance. (Added on March 18 (Wed) 09:55 (UTC))

Q: Can I continue my existing game progress on other platforms?

A: Yes. By linking your account, you can log in with the same account on other platforms and continue your existing progress.

Therefore, progress made on PlayStation®5 or Steam starting from March 16 (Mon) can be continued on mobile after the Grand Launch on March 23 (Mon).

Q: Can I choose a server in the game?

A: Yes. You can select a server from the connection waiting screen before entering the game.

However, if you connect to a server other than the recommended server, network latency may occur.

Please also note that data is not shared between servers.

Q: Does the game support cross-play?

A: Yes. supports cross-play, allowing you to enjoy multiplayer with Star Guardians on other platforms within the same server.

Q: Does the PC version support game controllers?

A: Yes. When playing on PC, both keyboard and game controller input are supported.
