A: This message may appear if the ‘Interception’ driver installed on your PC is detected by Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC).
Even if the driver or program does not directly affect gameplay, it may still be detected by the EAC.
We kindly ask for your understanding, and recommend removing the driver by following the steps below before launching the game.
① Download [Interception.zip] from the official page below and extract the file.
▶ Go to the GitHub Official Page
② Search for “CMD (Command Prompt)” in the Windows search bar and select “Run as Administrator.”
③ Copy the location of the “command line installer’ program inside the extracted folder.
④ Enter the following commands in the Command Prompt:
1. Enter cd + the folder path of the command line installer, then press Enter
2. Enter install-interception.exe /uninstall, then press Enter
⑤ Restart your PC and then launch the game.
Q: When purchasing an item on Steam, an error pop-up with code (30035403-0) appears. (Updated on March 17 04:35 (UTC))
A: If this code appears during the purchase process, it is not a game error. The pop-up may appear when the Steam Community Overlay is disabled. Please check whether the Steam Community Overlay is enabled in the Steam client.

Q: Could you provide more details about the official launch schedule?
A: Early Play on PlayStation®5 and Steam is scheduled to begin on March 16 (Mon) at 17:00 (UTC).
The Grand Launch is scheduled for March 23 (Mon), and the exact service start time will be announced through a separate notice at a later date.
Q: Can I choose a server in the game?
A: Yes. You can select a server from the connection waiting screen before entering the game.
However, if you connect to a server other than the recommended server, network latency may occur.
Please also note that data is not shared between servers.
Q: Does the game support cross-play?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I continue my existing game progress on other platforms?
A: Yes. By linking your account, you can log in with the same account on other platforms and continue your existing progress.
Therefore, progress made on PlayStation®5 or Steam starting from March 16 (Mon) can be continued on mobile after the Grand Launch on March 23 (Mon).

Q: Does the PC version support game controllers?
A: Yes. When playing on PC, both keyboard and game controller input are supported.
Q: When do in-game contents reset?
A: Daily content resets every day at 07:00 (UTC), and weekly content resets every Monday at 07:00 (UTC).
At these times, check-ins and various in-game contents will be reset, so please keep this in mind while playing the game.
Q: Can I still pre-order the ‘PlayStation®5 Pre-Order Bundle’ on the PlayStation Store?
A: Yes. Pre-orders are available through the PlayStation Store until the Early Play begins on March 16 (Mon).
By pre-ordering, you will receive exclusive benefits such as the ‘「Special Item Pack (Pre-Order Bundle)」’, along with access to pre-download.
Q: Can PlayStation®5 Pre-Order Bundle purchasers play immediately after completing the pre-download?
A: The pre-download will be available on that date, but the game will become playable starting March 16 (Mon) when the official service begins.
Q: When will the ‘「Special Item Pack (Pre-Order Bundle)」’ included in the Pre-Order Bundle be delivered?
A: For the Pre-Order Bundle, the rewards will be delivered to the in-game mailbox of the character on the first server you access after linking your account once the official service begins on March 16 (Mon).
There is no separate claim period, and the reward cannot be claimed multiple times or reissued.
Q: Does PlayStation®5 support cross-play?
A: Yes.
