Test Server Update 7/7/2025

Dear Players,

We plan to perform an update and maintenance for version 1.4.0 on the Alpha test server at 06:00 UTC on July 7, 2025. After the update content passes verification on the Alpha test server, we will promptly roll it out to all servers.

How to Access the Alpha Test Server:

1. Exit the Steam client and restart it.

2. Right-click TheFront in your Steam library and select Properties.

3. Go to the Betas tab, and in the Select the beta you would like to opt into dropdown, choose Alphtest Test Official Server.

4. Update the game to the latest version and launch it. Then select Alphatest to start.

The following content has been updated in this Alpha test server:

New Content

Standard Mode

1. Added five new “Black Sun Obelisk” outposts and dungeons in the open world.

2. Introduced new types of monsters and bosses in the open world and dungeons.

3. Implemented vehicle assembly functionality. After unlocking the blueprints, players can assemble vehicles freely at the Vehicle Modification Platform. Required components can be obtained from dungeons.

4. Added journey-style main quests, allowing players to select and track any quest category.

5. Added new character creation appearance models.

Experience Optimizations and Adjustments

Standard Mode

1. Replaced existing monster types in the open world.

2. Adjusted monster distribution in the open world.

3. Removed all module blueprints; now they can be obtained through outpost exploration.

4. Adjusted the number and locations of default spawn points.
