Fixed: Some players were blocked on the progression of the Halflington scenario. (it will still take about a day to continue)
Fixed: Patrons with optional accommodation needs would immediately go home if no accommodation was available.
Changed: "Adrenaline has worn off" effect is now capped so that staff don't go to bed for an unreasonable amount of time after a fire.
