SpaceBourne 2 – V1.0.3 Hotfix

Thank you all for the incredible amount of feedback and reports following the recent updates. This hotfix resolves multiple UI issues, combat inconsistencies, and dungeon-related problems — alongside a few community-requested improvements.


Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in the Faction Tutorial where progressing early could soft-lock the game.
  • Resolved a bug that allowed nodes not owned by the player to appear on the scanner.
  • Ammo crate contents now display correctly after opening a crate.
  • Soldier equipment stats now show properly in the character menu.
  • The Continue button on the main menu now loads the most recent save as intended.
  • Corrected inconsistent firing directions for weapons mounted on Xanthean ships.
  • Ammo refills now trigger the proper on-screen notification.
  • Fixed issues with embarking/disembarking Heavy Fighter-class ships.
  • Building a station with a duplicate name no longer causes existing stations to disappear.
  • Mouse/camera sensitivity now behaves correctly while using the jetpack.
  • Fixed an issue where stations could spawn inside battlefields on Invasion maps.
  • The Landing Tutorial pop-up no longer reappears after loading a save.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause the (T) Scanner map to display as a white screen.
  • Adjusted enemy levels in the Mercenary Guild entry mission to scale more appropriately.
  • Fixed calculation issues affecting shield and armor skills.
  • Resolved an issue where the character’s 3D model textures could appear corrupted in the character interface.
  • Mining Stations placing the player far away after warp is now fixed.
  • Dungeon bosses no longer spawn at higher levels than the dungeon itself. General dungeon balance has been improved.
    (A major update for Cave Dungeons is coming very soon.)
  • Fixed an issue where items could be incorrectly generated when transferring Misactor inventory to the ship inventory.
  • Resolved an issue where, after saving/loading while using a Misactor, the player could become stuck and unable to return to their ship.

New

  • Added new options to skip UI tutorials.
  • New construction completion notification system:
    You will now receive a pop-up alert when construction finishes — no more manually tracking build progress.

Info

  • Ship consumables are now managed directly from the Ship Interface, instead of the Services menu.
