New EULA

Hello scouts! First off thank you for playing PEAK, we know you’re all waiting for news about the update, and it’s coming sooner than you think! ːPEAKsaluteː ːPEAKbingbongː
As you may have noticed, we just added a new EULA to the game, which is linked on the Steam page, you should also get a pop-up to agree to it when you open up the game.
We’ve added this EULA to better clarify our rights as developers and publishers, and your rights as a player. It’s lengthy, but legally important for us to have. As always, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions about this agreement.
We tried to make the EULA as easy to understand as possible and have added some commentary in italics to explain certain points better.
Here are some points we try to address in the EULA, but will repeat here so that there’s no confusion:
- We love the modding community and have made sure that modding is allowed while also ensuring that we have recourse if someone mods the game in a way that harms other players or disrupts others’ access to the game.
- The EULA protects our copyright, but we’re still happy to see fanworks of the game that comply with our Fan Work Policy found here https://landfall.se/peak-fan-policy
- Streaming and making videos of our game is both allowed and highly encouraged, monetised or otherwise.
