Emergency Notice: Temporary Fix for Win11 Black Screen Issue

Today’s Windows 11 update may cause some players to see a black screen while the cat still appears when launching the game. We’re urgently working on an automatic compatibility update; meanwhile, please try this temporary fix:

Temporary Workaround

• In your Steam Library, right-click NoSlack Pets: Lo-Fi Paws → Manage → Browse local files to open the install folder.
• Locate dreamglobe.exe → right-click → Properties → open the Compatibility tab.
• Check “Disable fullscreen optimizations”.
• Click Apply → OK, then restart the game.
