Update v1.1.1 - More Rings/Capes, Monster Perks

Hey everyone,
Here's another patch fresh off the presses for you! If you haven't already please be sure to review the game as that helps us a ton!

CHANGES
- There are now 10 Tiers of Rings and Capes, they have been added to the drop tables and Accessories Shop
- Increased the base stat amounts on all Rings and Capes
- Melee and Magic Accuracy equipment bonus mods have been increased, this change will appear on all already owned equipment, no need to hunt for new gear
- Some Monsters now have perks, They'll have random Perks in the post-game dungeon
FIXES
- Fixed the names of Rings and Capes not displaying correctly
- Fixed Staves perk "Staff Master" not keeping abilities constantly charged
- Fixed the effects of multiple Omegabright not stacking properly
