Changes:
- Linked game app with Discord to properly display rich presence game icon
- Added info about what exactly the immense number of shekleaves means in the *Work smart, not hard* achievement description
Fixes:
- Patched a hole above the grill doors, so the leaves cannot be blown through it from the shed roof, making it impossible to progress in the game
- Added more colliders between areas so it's not possible to stack bags on top of each other and jump over to a neighbouring area
Optimization:
- Minor performance improvements to leaf physics
