Inn Tycoon Is Now in Full Release!

It’s been a long journey, but we’ve finally reached the full release of Inn Tycoon! As a two-person team, getting here has been incredibly difficult. But thanks to your immense support, Inn Tycoon might be your favorite cozy management game packed with new features, quality-of-life improvements, and fresh building options.

This truly exhausting period is now over. But it has saw us bag an award at Kristal Piksel Video Game Awards 2025 with a game that’s not fully released yet. 

Although that has been a massive boost in our morale, bringing Inn Tycoon to its full version and deserved glory was an immensely difficult process for a two-people team. But we did it. And we did it with your help, support, and amazing feedback. Thank you!

It’s been a wonderful (and truly exhausting) early access period, and we’re finally emerging from it with a huge number of new additions.

2 New Events and 5 New Event Decorations

We may be in chill medieval times, but there’s always something interesting happening in the world of Inn Tycoon. With two brand-new seasonal events and themed decorations, your inn will get a new look.

New Room, Character, and Cultivation System: Garden and Gardener

One of the biggest additions we’re most excited about is the new Gardening system. You can now create a garden right next to your inn. This feature also introduces Gardeners who will care for your plants day and night and harvest crops. Your weary guests can relax in the garden too and enjoy some fresh air to boost your inn’s happiness level.

New Self-Made Pathfinding Algorithm

The most reported and dreaded bug has finally been solved. Thanks to your solid feedback, we’ve developed a brand-new Pathfinding algorithm from scratch. Staff movement is now smoother, smarter, and more efficient. Since tavern optimization is at the heart of Inn Tycoon, we’ve put a lot of effort into refining this system so your management plan yields the most accurate results.

UI/UX Improvements

From the start, we’ve been big on UI and UX that feel intuitive and smooth. We’ve made plenty of refinements so that menus are breezy and effortless to navigate.

Optimizations

We’ve improved overall performance so you can focus on running your cozy inn without worrying about stutters or memory leaks. We’re still gathering feedback to make it even better.
