Community update

Dear players!

We continue to work on improving and expanding the game infrastructure, and we are grateful that despite technical issues, you continue to share your impressions of the Escape from Tarkov release!

In the near future, we are planning a series of technical updates aimed at resolving the following issues:

• Various issues when downloading Escape from Tarkov and EFT: Arena via BSG Launcher and Steam;
• Various causes of error 228 when interacting with traders, which prevents players from continuing their story tasks;
• Some players' raid progress is not saved when playing in the PvE Zone;
• Various issues with game sounds disappearing during raids;
• Character screens overlapping when switching between them quickly;
• Various issues with broken textures, resulting in some cartridges and grenade fragments being displayed in purple.

This is an incomplete list of issues that will be fixed in upcoming updates and patches.
