Balancing changes

Balancing changes in Escape from Tarkov:

• Test Drive. Part 2 — the task can now be completed on Streets of Tarkov, Ground Zero and Interchange locations;
• Test Drive. Part 3 — the task can now be completed on Lighthouse, Reserve and Customs locations;
• Test Drive. Part 4 — the task can now be completed on Shoreline, Woods and Lighthouse locations;
• The .308 ME cartridge is no longer available for purchase at the LL2 Jaeger. Instead, it is available at the LL2 Mechanic;
• The price of the .308 ME LOKT cartridge has been adjusted;
• The quantity of .308 ME and .308 ME LOKT cartridges available for restock has been adjusted;
• The M16A2 5.56x45 is now available for purchase at the LL1 Peacekeeper;
• Changes have been made to the Remington Model 700 7.62x51 sniper rifle preset as a reward for the "To Great Heights! - Part 1" task.
