V1.2.2 Achievement hotfix

- Fixed a bug where Spring Pals achievements were not updating properly
- Added a framerate cap option
- New rainbow fish now display as silhouettes
- Updated schooling behavior for Spring Pals
- Fixed a bug where cards could get stuck on screen
I've been meaning to launch this update for a long time! Life has been very busy my way, as I've just gotten married and moved into a new house, but things are finally slowing down enough that I can get more dev time in!
