We've received many requests for official Chill with You: Lo-Fi Story merchandise, and we are thrilled to announce that pre-orders are finally live!

• Q: If I pre-order, when will it arrive?[list]
• A: Pre-ordered items are scheduled to ship in late July.
• Note: "Shipping" begins from Japan in late July, so the actual arrival date will vary depending on your region.

Q: If I can't pre-order, when can I get the items?

• A: While we can't give an exact date yet, regular orders will open in the near future. There are no pre-order exclusive items. However, please note that shipping for regular orders will begin at least a month later than pre-orders.

Q: Can I purchase from outside of Japan?

• A: Yes, international shipping is available! However, please note that the store currently only has Japanese and Simplified Chinese versions.
• The Japanese version accepts standard payment methods like credit cards.
• The Simplified Chinese version supports Chinese payment methods such as Alipay, which is recommended for purchases from within China.
• Regardless of which site you use, we ship worldwide, including to English-speaking regions and China. Please note, however, that we cannot ship to certain areas, such as conflict zones.
