Stardew Valley – Top 10 best mods
January 18, 2023 0 By Games-ManualsAre you looking for the best and most downloaded mods for Stardew Valley? We have prepared a list of modifications that were most often downloaded by the community.
Content Patcher
Content Patcher loads content packs that change the game’s data, images, and maps without replacing XNB files. Content packs can make changes dynamically based on many in-game details like location, weather, date, festivals or events, spouse, relationships, whether you have a Joja membership, etc.
Unlike XNB mods, these content packs get automatic update checks and compatibility checks, are easy to install and uninstall, support localisation automatically, are less likely to conflict, and are less likely to break due to game updates.
Stardew Valley Expanded
Stardew Valley Expanded (SVE) stays as true to the source material as it can- from new areas and expanded dialogue and events, to the portraits for a brand new set of characters. My goal, as a modder hobbyist, is this: “Give the player the magical feeling they had when they first played Stardew Valley”. To experience that magic as ConcernedApe intended, I recommend playing through vanilla Stardew Valley before jumping into SVE’s expanded world. For players who have already played Stardew Valley: think back to when you first walked into the Secret Woods, completed an elaborate quest, experienced Shane’s six heart event, or met Abigail for the first time. Stardew Valley is full of those inspired moments that enchant you and draw you into its world. By taking that world and expanding it, I hope to create more of those moments, so you can always find something new when you make your way back to the valley. Starting a new save file is required!
NPC Map Locations
See NPC and players on the map, with an optional minimap. This also redraws the map to be much more accurate to the game.
CJB Cheats Menu
A simple in-game cheats menu with lots of cheats. CJB Cheats Menu lets you press P (configurable) to show a full cheats menu.
CJB Item Spawner
An easy-to-use in-game item spawner menu. CJB Item Spawner lets you press i on your keyboard (configurable) to open a menu to spawn items.
Stardew Valley anime mods
A modification that replaces the characters of the Stardew Valley NPCs with their counterparts from the Anime world.
Lookup Anything
See live info about whatever’s under your cursor when you press F1. Learn a villager’s favourite gifts, when a crop will be ready to harvest, how long a fence will last, why your farm animals are unhappy, and more. Works on things in the world, your inventory, the calendar, game menus, shops, and more.
Farm Type Manager (FTM)
Farm Type Manager allows players and modders to spawn customizable features from each of Stardew’s farm types. It can automatically create forage, items, ore, monsters, and large objects (stumps, logs, boulders, meteorites, and giant crops) on any map in the game. Users can configure the number of objects spawned per day, which areas or terrain types they can spawn on, the chances of spawning each object type, and more.
It also supports content packs, allowing other mods to configure spawning automatically. If any of your other mods come with “[FTM]” folders, they will automatically use Farm Type Manager to spawn custom content.
Tractor Mod
This mod lets you buy a tractor (and tractor garage) to more efficiently work with crops, clear twigs and rocks, etc.
Automate
Place a chest next to a machine (like a furnace or crystalarium), and the machine will automatically pull raw items from the chest and push processed items into it. Connect multiple machines with a chest to link them. Put a chest next to any number of machines (like furnaces or crystalariums), and they’ll take raw items from the chest and push their finished items into it. Press U (configurable) to show an automation overlay
