Open TruckersMP
While in-game, open Task Manager (press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC at the same time)
Go to the Details tab and find the main process of the game.
Right-click on TruckersMP and hover your mouse to Set Priority then choose High. Restart the game and see if the issues persist.
Reinstall the game
